Firm secures dismissal of federal indictment in Miami health care fraud case against durable medical equipment owner.  After securing the client’s release on bond after having been initially detained without bond, Nicholson & Eastin worked with the client to establish his innocence. The defense investigation developed evidence that the client did not actually submit false health care claims as the government had alleged in the multicount indictment.  After being presented with evidence of the client’s innocence, the government dismissed all charges.
