Florida First District Court of Appeals reverses emergency license suspension against physician represented by the firm.  Nicholson & Eastin, LLP, along with co-counsel in Tallahassee, challenged the emergency suspension order based upon the Department of Health exceeding its statutory authority.  The First District Court of Appeals agreed with the argument and reversed the suspension.

After a 5 month trial in a federal mortgage fraud case results in hung jury, the government dismisses indictment against the title company owner represented by Nicholson & Eastin, LLP. The title company owner, one of 11 defendants in the massive case, was represented by a team of attorneys, including Robert Nicholson, Parker Eastin and Erin Bengele from Nicholson & Eastin, LLP.  Read more →
