Emergency Suspension Order against Physician Reversed

Florida First District Court of Appeals reverses emergency license suspension against physician represented by the firm.  Nicholson & Eastin, LLP, along with co-counsel in Tallahassee, challenged the emergency suspension order based upon the Department of Health exceeding its statutory authority.  The First District Court of Appeals agreed with the argument and reversed the suspension.
