Complaint Against Speech-Language-Pathologist Dismissed by the ASHA Board of Ethics

In connection with an investigation by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), the Firm successfully defended a Speech-Language Pathologist against allegations that she committed multiple violations of the ASHA Code of Ethics in performing her duties as a supervisor at a Florida-based hospital. The firm investigated and disproved the allegations of the complaint and prepared a robust formal response to the complaint persuasively defending the Speech-Language Pathologist’s ethical character and professional reputation. After consideration of the response and its supporting documentation submitted by the Firm, the ASHA Board of Ethics dismissed the complaint in its entirety.
