Firm Secures Reversal of Medicare Provider Revocation for Deployed Physician
Posted on Firm News by author
After his prior counsel declared the challenge to the revocation a lost cause, a physician that had been deployed by the military to the Middle East hired Nicholson & Eastin, LLP to reopen the appeal of the revocation of the physician’s Medicare provider number. The Firm established through substantial evidence that the factual basis for the revocation was erroneous. Associate Erin Bengele successfully reopened the appeal of the revocation which occurred over two years ago and successfully argued that the revocation should be rescinded. The revocation has been removed from the provider’s record and the provider will now be reimbursed in full for the claims improperly denied as a result of the revocation.
